Hi, it’s Mía (she/her)! I’m a Mexican American illustrator based in Portland, Oregon. I love making silly things and colorful illustrations. Now that you got to know me a bit, let’s be honest for a minute here: no one really knew they needed a pair  of skateboarding luchadores skating around town like it’s the ring. But I made it because it’s fun, bold, and full of expression.Skate Luchador is about two teenage girls enjoying life outside the ring while getting into the occasional trouble. For these girls, the city is their personal ring, taking the stay and making it their canvas. But it isn’t just about the skate tricks. Skate Luchador was born to show that expression belongs to everyone. Be proud, be bold, be you. So, we make stuff, but we truly make excuses for you to have fun and express yourself to the world.Skate Luchador is not just a brand but a movement on wheels celebrating everything and everyone, one mask and board at a time.
